Riceviamo input sempre differenti e spesso discordanti. Ci offrono diete per dimagrire e per restare in forma.<\/p>\n<p>Il progetto Chicco di Riso si propone di offrire non una <i>dieta<\/i> nell\u2019accezione moderna, ma uno <strong>stile di vita<\/strong>, che ci permetta di poter <strong>ritrovare il contatto con noi stessi<\/strong>, di tornare a <strong>vivere in armonia con la natura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A tal fine, il primo passo \u00e8 quello di diffondere <strong>Consapevolezza<\/strong>, acquisire conoscenza e coscienza, per scoprire noi stessi.<br \/>\nDi conseguenza, potremo comprendere, come diceva il Capo Indiano Seattle che<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>Tutte le cose sono collegate come il sangue che unisce una famiglia. Tutto \u00e8 collegato. Tutto ci\u00f2 che accade alla terra, accade anche ai figli della terra<\/i>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Comprenderemo l\u2019importanza del <strong>Rispetto dell\u2019ambiente<\/strong>, ovvero della <strong>Terra che ci ospita e che ci nutre con tanto Amore<\/strong>. Apprezzeremo i sui doni e li accetteremo con Gratitudine, vivendo intensamente ogni istante del dono principale che si chiama <strong>vita<\/strong>.
